Kastello is an investment firm that was founded in 2018 by the Fortin family and is now well-known in Quebec’s entrepreneurial sector.
Its subsidiary Kastello Immobilier Inc. specializes in residential real estate investment and particularly in the acquisition and management of residential rental projects and their development in partnership with real estate developers. The company's real estate portfolio is primarily made up of residential rental properties with a long-term holding objective.
Our people-centric business model is based on building solid trust relationships with our partners and our rental clients. Our management style is based on authenticity, integrity and concern for everyone's well-being. Because we are a family-owned company, we know that success comes from trust, collaboration and a sense of accomplishment.
We also believe it’s important that we give back to our community. Each year, the Fondation Lise et Richard Fortin donates a significant sum to charitable organizations. We are also committed to integrating affordable housing and energy-efficient systems into some of our buildings to facilitate access to housing and reduce the environmental impact.
To take a people-centric and long-term approach to owning and managing high-quality residential rental projects, in order to offer living environments that meet the needs of all our clients.
To be a large-scale property owner in Quebec and specialize in real estate development and long-term rental management, in order to create value and ensure the sustainability of our built heritage.
