Éric Fortin is the President of Kastello Immobilier, Kastello's first investment subsidiary. He is responsible for developing and implementing corporate strategies, partnerships and investments. He also oversees the management and development of the parent company.

Éric has built up over 26 years of experience in business management. During the 13 years that he spent at the Quebec flagship Alimentation Couche-Tard, he was Director of Operations for 7 years and Marketing Manager for 2 years. This entrepreneur at heart went on to own and manage businesses for 15 years.

He is highly respected in the Quebec business community and sits on a number of Boards of Directors, including the Alimentation Couche-Tard board.

Mathieu Collette is responsible for real estate investment at Kastello Immobilier. This involves developing and monitoring investment strategies and partnerships, and the analysis and management of investment projects. Mathieu also oversees the company's property management division.

Mathieu has 25 years of experience in a range of real estate fields. He previously held the position of Vice-President of Residential Real Estate Development at Devimco Immobilier, where he actively contributed to the development of over 3,000 residential units.

Mathieu also spent 15 years at Altus Group, where he worked as a certified appraiser. He led a wide range of consulting, market research and real estate evaluation projects in addition to managing the residential consulting services department.

Nour Ghrairi leads Kastello Immobilier's property management division. She oversees the operations of a new and growing residential portfolio.

Nour holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Project Management, a Real Estate Management Certificate, and a Master's degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from UQAM. Her qualifications are complemented by over a decade of experience in property management, operational efficiency and financial performance.

Ariel Khabie is responsible for the sound financial management of Kastello Immobilier. He oversees financial planning strategies, financial modelling for projects and accounting activities for properties owned by Kastello and its subsidiaries.

Ariel is a Chartered Professional Accountant who holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from McGill University. During his 25 years in accounting, finance and management in the real estate sector, he honed his expertise in development, cash flow projection and financial and management reporting analysis.

Martin Fortier is responsible for preparing and analyzing the company's financial statements and for the accounting operations of managed properties. He works closely with the management team when determining budgets and integrating new acquisitions.

Martin has earned CPA designation and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from UQTR and can boast close to 20 years of accounting experience in the real estate sector. During his career, he has worked as an analyst, property accountant and financial controller.

Sandra is the Executive Assistant to both the Kastello team and the Fondation Lise et Richard Fortin team. Her core duties involve managing agendas, communications and expense reports.

Sandra has close to 10 years of experience in administrative support. She previously worked as the assistant to the CEO of the Association des détaillants en alimentation du Québec (ADA) and the administrative assistant to the Fédération interprofessionnelle de la santé du Québec (FIQ) executive committee.
