Eric Fortin is responsible for the management and development of the Kastellō family-owned investment company. He is also President of the firm’s first subsidiary, Kastellō Immobilier inc., which he leads and for which he oversees strategy, partnerships and investments.

Eric has more than 23 years of experience in business management, including 13 years with Alimentation Couche-Tard. There, he held the position of Director of Operations for 7 years and of Marketing Manager for 2. He owned and managed several businesses throughout the following decade and currently sits on a number of Boards of Directors.

Mathieu Collette is in charge of real estate investments made by the family-owned investment firm Kastellō immobilier inc, including strategy development and implementation, from the establishment of partnerships to the analysis and management of investment projects.

Mathieu has over 20 years of experience in various areas of real estate. Before joining Kastellō immobilier, he was Vice-President of Residential Real Estate Development at Devimco Immobilier, where he took part in the planning, organizing, management and control of development, sales/rentals, construction and delivery of 3,000 residential units (condos and apartments).

Mathieu spent the previous 15 years of his career at Groupe Altus, where he led a wide range of consulting, market research and property evaluation projects. He was responsible for the general management of residential consulting services.

Nour Ghrairi is responsible for leading Kastello Immobilier’s new property management division. She oversees the operations of a new and growing residential portfolio. Nour holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in business administration from UQAM and has nearly 10 years of experience in property management, operational efficiency and financial performance.

Financial director

Ariel Khabie is responsible for the sound financial management and accounting activities of the properties of Kastellō Immobilier Inc. and its affiliated companies.  He is equally responsible for the strategic financial planning for the group and for the financial modeling for the projects, including accounting and performance analyses.

Ariel holds the title of CPA and has a bachelor’s degree in commerce from McGill University.  He has more than 25 years of experience in the field of accounting, finance and management as applied to real estate development, property management, cash flow forecasting, and financial and management reporting.

Martin Fortier is responsible for preparing and analyzing the financial statements as well as participating in and supervising the accounting operations for each of the properties under management. He is also responsible for working collaboratively with the Kastello team in the budgeting process and when integrating the company’s new acquisitions.

Martin holds a CPA designation and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières. He has nearly 20 years of experience in accounting related to the real estate sector in particular. He mainly worked as an analyst, property accountant and controller.

Executive Assistant

Sandra is responsible for the administrative support of the management team of Kastello Immobilier, as well as the team of The Lise and Richard Fortin Foundation. She is also the personal assistant to Mr. Richard Fortin and Mr. Éric Fortin. Her main duties include managing agendas, emails, expense reports and communications as well as any other ad hoc task that may be required. She also takes the minutes during various meetings and does the necessary follow-ups. Furthermore, she supports the financial director by performing accounting data entry.

Although this is her first position in a real estate environment, Sandra has had almost 10 years of experience as an executive or administrative assistant. She was, among other things, the assistant to the president and general manager of the Association des Détaillants en Alimentation du Québec (ADA) and the assistant to the executive committee of the FIQ, in addition to her experience in administrative support at CUPE and at Hotel Ruby Foo’s.
