Kastellō Immobilier: Investment Strategy

Kastellō Immobilier’s objective is to diversify the Fortin family assets with the development of a real property inventory, consisting primarily of residential rental buildings with a long-term ownership outlook.

Who Are the Fortin Family?

Kastellō all started with Richard Fortin, co-founder and former CFO of Alimentation Couche-Tard. He began his distinguished career as a banker, and joined Alimentation Couche-Tard in 1984 when the company owned only 3 stores.

Éric Fortin also gained 13 years of experience at Alimentation Couche-Tard, including a 7-year tenure as Director of Operations. As well, his strong management skills had previously led him to own several businesses, and he currently sits on a number of Boards of Directors.
